1. Specimen extraction
Add 0.5 ml (approximately 10 drops) of the sample extraction buffer to the extraction tube.
Place the cotton swab in the extraction tube containing 0.5 ml of extraction buffer. Roll the cotton swab back and forth at least 6 times while pressing the end against the bottom and side of the extraction tube.
Leave the cotton swab in the extraction tube for 1 minute.
Squeeze the tube several times with your fingers from the outside to submerge the cotton swab. Remove the cotton swab. The extracted solution will be used as a test sample.
Place the dropper with filter firmly on the extraction tube.
2. Detection Actions:
Open a pouch containing a test cassette. Place the test cassette on a dry, horizontal work surface.
Add 2 drops (approximately 60μl) of the sample solution extract into the sample recess of the test cassette.
Watch the results shown in 10-15 minutes.
